Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. The fees in either of these scenarios are non-refundable.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you believe you may be running late, please contact your stylist to let them know.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule. Late arrival may also result in a no-show charge.
Alteration Policy
We want you to love your hair! If you are dissatisfied, please call, text or email your stylist within 7 days of your original appointment. The phone number and email address for each stylist can be found at the bottom of this page.
In the event that something needs adjustment, we will happily schedule an appointment with your original stylist.
Pricing
Please note that color prices listed on the Services page are listed as base prices. Depending on the stylist you are scheduled with, as well as the amount of color needed to achieve your desired look, prices are subject to change.
At the time of booking your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the base service price. In the event of a last-minute cancelation (within 24 hours), this charge will NOT be refunded or transferred.
A credit card will be kept on file when booking all appointments.
