Policies

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged 50% of the service fee for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment start time.

No Show Policy

In the event that you no-call, no-show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee for your appointment.

Late Policy

We ask that you plan ahead so that you arrive before your scheduled start time. If you are late, you may be asked to reschedule and you will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Adjustment Policy

If you are unsatisfied, we ask that you inform us within 7 days of your original appointment. We offer complimentary adjustments which can be scheduled by emailing or texting your stylist directly. There are no refunds.
